Jake McGrew was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and moved to Vancouver, BC when his parents felt God call them to the nation of Canada. Jacob has so far spent the majority of his life living in the lower mainland of BC serving in his local church in many various ways. He went on staff at Keystone Ministries at the age of 19 working in the office and youth ministry, soon stepping in as the youth pastor at the age of 20, the same time that Jake and Jenn were married.
In the fall of 2008, Jake, Jenn and their kids, Sidney and Josiah, moved from the lower mainland to Victoria and helped his parents, David and Jeanne McGrew, merge two churches together, serving in the church as the youth and young adults pastor. In the spring of 2011 Jake and Jenn felt God begin to talk to them about a new phase of their life and ministry and a few months later found themselves living in Calgary, AB
Jake, along with his wife Jenn, has a passion to see the youth and young adults in the nation of Canada rise up and live life in the fullness of Christ
